North Norfolk Mussels and Queen Scallops, tossed in garlic butter and chopped shallots, finished with a light Thai spiced Coconut cream sauce
(V) Seasonal Melon Boat with fresh pineapple chunks and a Malibu syrup
Warm Potato Croquettes topped with smoked Salmon
and a Horseradish mousse
Smooth Duck Liver Parfait on a bread croute with dressed salad leaves
and an Orange and Port dressing

Slowly braised Beefsteak with a griddled Flat Cap Mushroom,
Tomato and crushed Peppercorn and Brandy cream sauce
Crumbed Escalope of Chicken filled with Garlic Sausage and Emmental Cheese,
over a Tomato salsa and dressed with Spinach Pesto
(V) Sweet Potato and Caramelised Red Onion Tarte Tatin, glazed with crumbled
Blue Cheese, on a Piquant Beurre Blanc
Oven baked fillet of Salmon, with Chunky Hand cut Chips,
minted mushy Pea Puree and a Tartare fritter
Roast medallions of Lane Farm Pork Fillet and slow cooked Belly with
buttered Tagliatelle, Tuscan Bean and Barley Stew and a Parmesan Crisp
