Tomato, garlic fried cabbage and sausage soup with grated Parmesan
Chilled Melon, tossed with fresh strawberries and pomegranate,
topped with a Champagne and Pomegranate Sorbet
Wild Goose, duck breast and liver Parfait Terrine
with a Rhubarb and ginger relish
Warm, Spinach and Onion Tart, topped with a soft poached egg
and Cheddar cheese sauce.
Warm, ‘Hot Roast’ Smoked Salmon on lime dressed salad leaves
and a crème fraiche Tartare.

Served with a garlic beurre blanc.
Tandoori spiced breast of Chicken with an onion Bahjee
and a mildly curried mango and mint glaze.
Fajita filled with a mild chick pea and aduki bean chilli,
with Tomato sauce, Avocado and crème fraiche
Flame griddled Rib eye Steak with hand cut skinny chips,
grilled tomato, watercress and Béarnaise sauce.
Roast medallions of Pork tenderloin, over a bacon wrapped sage
& onion potato cake, with an apple, lentil & honey sauce and crackling
