Starters
(V)Tomato, roast Mediterranean Vegetable & Cannellini bean Soup,
topped with garlic crème fraiche.
King Prawn Tail, Haddock and Chorizo Paella, wrapped in a wafer thin pancake, with a Manchego cheese sauce.
(V)Chilled seasonal Melon with fresh pineapple, passion fruit & a cassis syrup.
Smooth Chicken Liver, Thyme, Honey and Brandy Pate,
served with French Toast and chutney
Salad of Fusilli Pasta, fresh Mango and a mild curry dressing
with smoked Chicken breast

Main Courses
Roulade of turkey filled with chipolata, bacon & an apple and cranberry stuffing, carved onto bread sauce with a Madeira & turkey stock gravy.
Flame griddled Ribeye Steak with hand cut chunky chips, sweet beetroot salsa, horseradish mousse and a ruby Port sauce.
Baked fillet of Oatmeal crusted Salmon, in a smoked haddock
and sweet corn chowder with native mussels
Rabbit, Ham, button mushroom, caramelised onion and whole grain mustard gravy Pie, topped with flaky pastry
Roast medallions of Pork fillet, over a Roquefort potato Dauphinoise, with a celery sauce, green & black grapes and crackling.
(V)’Homity Pie’ Leek, Potato and Mature Cheddar in a pastry tart case,
with a piquant roast pimento sauce
(V) Cashew Nut Roast with an apple and cranberry stuffing,
bread sauce and caramelised onion gravy.
